Piano Day 2021 – Free Track Download

Hello everyone,

I was noodling at 6am this morning working on Modus Vivendi when I realised it was Piano Day today. It happens on the 88th day of every year and lots of piano lovers make a track especially for it. I created a free improvisation which you can download below.

I’ll be in touch soon with a nice new website and goodies incoming 🙂

“The Terms & Conditions To Unconditional Love” is Released

Sitorimon’s latest album “The Terms & Conditions to Unconditional Love” is available to stream and buy via the new Bandcamp website. The 16 tracks showcase all that is fickle, frustrating, blood boiling and unfair about love and life.

“It’s been a real journey getting here. I think the last four years has seen more upheaval and general disasters of the heart than any other period in my life. The album deals with different types of love. Unrequited love, unfulfilled love, empty love, the death of love or a loved one and how through it all you can lose sight of reasons to enjoy and love life.”

New Single “Dander” Released For Free Download

Sitorimon’s new single “Dander” is released today and is available for free download over at the all new BandCamp website. The lead single is taken from the upcoming album “The Terms & Conditions to Unconditional Love” which features 16 tracks and will be released next Monday. The single also contains a new instrumental track entitled “Epica” which did not make the album.

Sitorimon says “Dander is a particularly personal song for me. It’s like a train of brain spasms that I’ve had through deaths of relationships -in particular where the connection was not there and yet the other party just doesn’t have the guts or balls to do anything about it and I’m trying perhaps too hard to make something work. It creates an endless spiral that drives me utterly mad and shuts others out. Frustration has to pour out somewhere and that’s part of where this song is born from.”

Happy New Year to all and despite having an absolutely dire flu for the passed five weeks, finally its clearing up and I can resume work on the album. However, just for fun – here’s a (croaky) cover of Utada’s “Apple and Cinnamon” – one of my favourite songs of 2010! Download, laugh, enjoy!

Runeology: ReRelease 1st March 2010

After about two years at least of delay, “Runeology” finally gets a full digital release on 1st March 2010. “Runeology” will contain 12 studio tracks and 6 “live” tracks taken from Sessions 2006 which is now out of print.

A quick message from Sitorimon:

I’m so pleased that my first album finally will be available everywhere instead of just on the road when I was playing live. It means a lot, especially as I’m now gearing up to record the second one. An EPK for Runeology will be out next week I’d imagine and then they’ll be some exciting things kicking off from then. Thanks for everyones patience!

Listen to “Runeology” on Last.fm!

DSCF0104cropsmallSitorimon’s first studio album recorded back in 2006/07 “Runeology” is finally aired in full for the first time via Last.fm! 10 studio tracks, 1 unmastered and 5 tracks from Sessions 2006 make the completed album. The release date for actual online sales is yet to be announced but will be set to a low payment as Sitorimon stated “While I love all of these songs, a full production should be available in 2010 so I consider Runeology a forming pattern album – more of a progression of things to come.”

A YouTube concert uploading will celebrate Runeology as a pre-release and should be uploaded on the 1st of September.
